The Company owns and operates a chain of Hotels, Resorts and Amusement Parks in Eastern India and North Eastern States.
Mandarmani Resort, the flagship property of the Company is such a Beach Resort that it is a natural Blend of inexplicable Beauty and naturally a branded destination for the beach lovers. This resort is attracting a huge number of tourists from within & outside the state. It has become an important venue for the corporate houses for holding conferences and to rejuvenate the human resources of Companies. Besides many other Hotels under the brand name of “Hotel Ritz Bengal”, two more Luxurious Resorts one at Falakata in Jalpaiguri and the other at Lataguri are now opened for the guests and tourists. A row of other projects are on the anvil. Meanwhile Amusement Parks, both Dry & Water parks, have also been inaugurated at Amtuli in Agartala, Tripura and at Barasat in West Bengal.
Many more hotels and Resorts are being constructed/purchased in important Tourist Spots throughout India.

The Company started its commercial operations in January 2009. It is providing hassle free, smooth and fast domestic and International Air and Rail Ticket Bookings on economic and affordable rates. The Company has engaged experienced professionals to operate
package Tours and to provide safe and comfortable journey with “Royal Cruiser Volvo” buses. Luxury cars are also provided on rental basis. Assistance will be given in obtaining visa, passport, etc., in case of necessity.
