Rose Valley Hotels & Entertainments Ltd. (RVHL): Formerly Rose Valley Resorts & Plantations Ltd. : Established as a Public Limited Company in the year, 1997 is registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company owns a large Teak Plantation at Konaban, near Agartala, RVHL also established a Star Category Resort situated on the exotic Sea Beach at Mandarmoni, surrounded by serene nature and lustful waves of Bay of Bengal. The Resort provides an ideal vacation and leisure environment with professional hospitality. It has modernized amenities and artistic deluxe rooms for ultimate comfort. The Resort also has a multicuisine restaurant with variety of delicacies for its customers. It is ideal for Special Conferences, meetings, seminars, film shootings, personal events etc... RVHL is in the process of establishing a network of Hotels and Resorts at Kolkata, Agartala, Guwahati, Falakata, Digha, Puri and Gangtok. The hotel at Kolkata will be ready for operation during the month of January, 2008.

Rose Valley Chain Marketing system Ltd. (RVCM) : Established in the year, 2001 as a Public Limited Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956. RVCM is a Corporate Agent of Life Insurance Corporation of India, vide licence no.: 883899 issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, New Delhi. The Company has received the Certificate of proficiency from the Life Insurance Corporation of India in recognition of their excellent performance in New Business for the financial years, 2006 and 2007.The Company is successfully operating a State of the Art BPO/international Call Centre at its own premises in Kolkata. The Company owns its Head Office Building which is approximately 20,000 sq.ft. at VIP Road, in Kolkata. Another prestigious Office in the city of Kolkata at 2, Temple Street, is also owned by the Company, RVCM is operating a franchisee Centre of the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF HARDWARE THCHNOLOGY LTD. (IIHT) at Agartala. IIHT is a Bangalore based premier IT organization excelling in IT training in Computer Hardware, Networking, System Administration, etc. The MHT Centre at Agartala is running profitably. RVCM is also operating a Franchisee Centre of the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF JOB ORIENTED TRAINING (IIJT) at Agartala from the month of November, 2006. The center is also running profitably. The Company is contemplating to open a B-School at Agartala.

Rose Valley Health Club (RVHC) : Registered under the West Bengal Societies Act XXVI of 1961, vide Reg. No.: S/10/8471 dated 13/03/2002, is a Corporate Agent of United India Insurance Company-vide IRDA Licence No,: 934379. A large volume of General Insurance Business is being handled by Rose Valley Health Club.

Rose Valley Real Estates & Constructions Ltd. (RECL) : Registered under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Registration No. : 21-89311 dated 03/05/1999 as a Public Limited Company is operating mainly is Eastern India and North-Eastern States in the area of Real Estate Developments. A large number of projects such as Mini Townships, Resorts and Amusement Parks, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Multi Storied Apartments and office Buildings are under construction and some of the projects will be completed within a short period of time. The Company has purchased many acres of prime land in the states of West Bengal, Assam, Tripura and Maharastra and also owns many prestigious Multi Storied Office buildings and Apartments in the cities of Kolkata, Guwahati and Agartala.

Rose Valley Industries Ltd. (RIL) : Established in the year, 1999 as a public Limited Company, registered under the Companies Act, 1956 is operating in Eastern India and in North-Eastern States, The Company is manufacturing a large number of FMCG Products at its own factories in Tripura and in West Bengal. Some of the produces manufactured at those factories are Ground Spices under 'ROSE VALLEY' Brand name "Taste me" and also packaged Drinking Water, Room Freshner, Perfume, Floor Cleaner, Liquid Blue etc. All the products manufactured and marketed by the Company are well accepted by the consumers. The Company has a number of Distributors in the States of West Bengal, Assam and Tripura to market its products.Rose Valley will also be launching fast food items like Cake, Pastry and Biscuits. The Company will be opening a supply chain in these categories of food items.RIL has purchased a large plot of land to set up a food-processing unit at Sankrail in the District of Howrah., West Bengal. The Factory is almost ready and will start production during the month of February, 2008. Another unit to start an Apparel factory in the city of Kolkata has been purchased and the work is in progress. West Bengal State food processing & Horticultural Development Corp. Ltd, has allotted us 3.08 acres of Industrial plot and also another 4011 sq.ft. of Industrial shed at their Malda food Park and we will be setting up a large food processing Unit in Malda to produce a variety of processed food items for the Export Market.

Rose Valley Films Ltd. (RVFL): Established in the year, 2006 as a Public Limited Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company is contemplating to start a 24 hours Bangla General Entertainment Channel (GEC). RVFL is now producing various Bengali feature films directed by renowned Directors such as Tarun Majumder, Prabhat Roy, Anjan Das, Bani Das, Gautam Ghosh, Swapan Saha, Haranath Chakraborty etc. Some of the films have been released and the others are expected to be released during this year. RVFL is also in the course of producing Teleserials and Telefilms. The main object of Rose Valley Films Ltd. is to detect new local talents who are young and aspirant and induct them in the film industry, particularly in Bengali Films.

Rose Valley Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (RVHDFL) : was incorporated on 13^lh May, 2007 and received the certificate of registration from the National Housing Bank, New Delhi. RVHDFL with an authorized capital of 1,000 lakhs and paid up capital of 300 lakhs intends to further enlarge it's capital base and take exposure in Financing Rural Housing on a large scale.

Registered and Head Office of Rose Valley Group is situated at Kolkata in its own building having a built up area of approx. 20,000 sq.ft. at RGM-25/3010, Raghunathpur, VIP Road, Kolkata - 700059. We have also acquired a prestigious new office premises having a built up area of approx. 22,000 sq.ft at Raghunathpur, VIP Road, Kolkata - 700 059. Our Kolkata Regional Office is situated at our own premises at 5, Mangoe Lane, Kolkata - 700 001, which has a built-up area of approx.7,500sq,ft. Similarly, our Barasat Regional Office is also situated in our own premises at 71/1, Jessore Road, Kolkata-700 124.
